Job Description: Fidel Softech Pvt LtdPosition TitleProject Manager, Localization Salary GradeAlpha numeric code (if any)Job Position SummaryLeads a service delivery of multiple projects/ clients ensuring adherence to quality standard, timeliness, with optimal cost controls and crisp execution of language localization business. Supervises a team of language engineers and partners with vendors, and internal teams.Key responsibilities
- Making and developing project plans, requirement analysis and resourcing
- Coordinating staff and internal resources for delivery
- Monitoring and controlling project progress and Quality of deliverables
- Managing of customer relationship and client / stakeholders engagement
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing and testing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports
- Assist Localization leadership for vendor selection
- Overseeing and motivation team members to meet / surpass quality standards, productivity and timeliness expectations.
- Day to day team management, coaching and developing functional skills of language specialists, localization engineers, terminologists, desktop publishers, quality team and project coordinators etc.
Desired Qualification / certificationsGraduate in any discipline (IT/CS preferred).
PMP etc. certification preferred, though not essential
Good knowledge MS office, tools like JIRA, bug tracking, etc.
Some level of expertise in Hindi language along with English & mother tongue is preferable
Some software/testing project handling will be a big plus.Preferred relevant work experience8-10 years total experience, of which last 3 to 4 years of localization project management experience, serving of multiple clients across geographies and language requirements.
Must have experience of successfully managing software, UI, telecom & documentation projects.
Must have experience of dealing with international clients directly over emails, calls and in-person meetings.
