Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Configure new employee accounts on company's Active Directory and set up Outlook email clients.
Perform Windows installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot printer issues and perform basic networking tasks such as configuring LAN settings.
