Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Pune
Work Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: 3-10 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise-level applications. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring presence at our office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java applications.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.
  
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
  
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Maintain and improve legacy systems as needed.
  
• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Maven/Gradle.
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  
• Good understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
