Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Executive to help us connect with decision-makers from Free Zones, Business Setup Consultants, Financial Firms, Real Estate Agencies, and similar businesses across the UAE.

Your primary outcome will be booking qualified appointments for our top management with UAE-based business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & build target contact lists using LinkedIn, business directories, and online databases.
  • Identify and validate key decision-makers in the UAE Free Zones, business consulting, banks and financial services, insurance, and real estate sectors.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our senior leadership team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM/spreadsheet with accurate contact history and appointment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing/sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategy.
  • Track KPIs like contact-to-appointment conversion, email open/reply rates, and daily outreach metrics.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in a B2B or services industry.
  • Prior exposure to international or UAE/Gulf markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Confident and articulate when speaking with CXO-level professionals.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRMs is a big plus.
  • Strong research skills capable of independently identifying target profiles and companies.
