• Identifying training needs: Assessment of employee skills and knowledge gaps to determine the type of training required
• Designing training programs: Creating customized training programs that meet the specific needs of the organization and its employees
• Delivering training sessions: Leading classroom-based or online training sessions, using a variety of teaching methods to engage participants and enhance learning
• Evaluating training effectiveness: Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes
• Keeping up to date with industry developments: Staying informed of new trends and developments in the training field to ensure the organization's training programs remain relevant and effective
