About Cipla Digital Health Limited: Cipla Digital Health Limited (CDHL) is the health-tech arm of Cipla, incorporated in 2022 with focus on creating Digital Therapeutics (DTx) Platforms for multiple health conditions. Our first product is Breathefree, an interactive digital therapeutic platform that supports holistic lung health management and helps patients take control of their respiratory health journey. Breathefree is available on Android and iOS with more than 20lac users.
Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team at Cipla Digital Health Limited. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of our digital health solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Product strategy & vision
- Define and execute comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with CDHL's mission
- Develop long-term product vision for digital therapeutic platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the digital health landscape
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish product priorities and strategic direction
- Product development & lifecycle management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization
- Work closely with engineering, design and analytics Teams to develop innovative features for Breathefree platform
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact
- Oversee product launches, including documentation, testing and stakeholder communication
- Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Stakeholder management & collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, legal, compliance and IP
- Work with business, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and market penetration
- Coordinate with external partners and technology vendors
- User research & experience
- Conduct user research to understand patient needs, pain points and preferences
- Analyze user data, feedback and usage patterns to derive insights for product improvements
- Ensure user-centric design approach
- Validate product features through user testing and feedback incorporation
- Data-driven decision making
- Utilize analytics and data insights to inform product decisions and measure success
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to track effectiveness
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product features
- Generate reports and presentations for senior management on product performance
Education qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- MBA with healthcare or technology focus
Experience:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch and beyond
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Technical skills:
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies; android and iOS mobile application development and healthcare platforms
- Experience with agile methodologies, project tracking tool (JIRA) and product analytics platform (Mixpanel)
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing
- Certification in product management (CSPO) or related credentials
