Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in technology to identify potential recruits.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
