Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in daily activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in F&F processing and Exit clearances
- Help in processing employee confirmation
- Help in data addition in oracle portal
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help in preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
