Job Description
Role & responsibilities
An experienced IT & Cloud Administrator is required to manage and maintain cloud computing environments, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operations. The role involves configuring and maintaining cloud infrastructure, optimizing resource usage, and managing user access and permissions across leading cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and effective problem-solving abilities in cloud and IT administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, including user provisioning, group management, and access controls.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Configure and maintain Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Monitor and manage devices, compliance policies, and conditional access rules via Intune and Entra ID.
- Utilize the Azure Admin Portal for resource management, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain security baselines, audit policies, and logging across Microsoft cloud services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to identity, access, device enrollment, and cloud service performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cloud-based applications and ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
- Handle IT Operations L2 and coordination with OEM/SI Partners and Vendors to resolve escalated issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud administration.
- Proficiency in managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of networking, Cloud Infrastructure, and security principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud automation tools and scripting (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Bash).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
- Google Cloud Certified: Associate Cloud Engineer
- CompTIA Cloud+, Network+
- Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent
