There are several structural issues we are looking to address

• Underutilization of core platform capabilities
• Cluttered UX with redundant and obsolete fields
• Inefficient workflows and overlapping flows/triggers
• Tech debt, legacy code, and performance bottlenecks
• Gaps in governance, documentation, and dev standards
• Inconsistent release discipline and slow delivery velocity

We need someone who can work hands-on with our teams to develop & execute a plan to clean up the core platform, bring in the right tooling & frameworks, define technical direction, and establish long term scalable patterns.
