Telesales Executive, USA EdTech (On-site)
Location: Ghaziabad RDC
Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm-5:30 am)
Job Type: Full-time
Industry: EdTech
Salary: Depends on candidature (up to 26k)
Allowances -Food Allowances (3000/- rs after completion of your 1 month onwards)
Job Description: We're hiring a motivated Tele sales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. You'll make outbound calls to students and educators in the U.S., promoting our online courses and learning solutions. Your goal will be to generate leads or communicate the information about the courses through effective communication and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. leads (students & professionals)
- Understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up on leads.
Requirements:
- 1+ year telesales or inside sales experience/telecalling
- Excellent spoken English and U.S. market understanding
- Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift)
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic tech platforms
Skils:
Inbound/Outbound Communication, Cold Calling/ Follow-ups, Sales Pitching/
Objection Handling, Email/ Voice Support, Client Relationship Management,
Product Demo Scheduling, Target-Driven Approach.
