About the Role
Youll build and maintain the technical foundation that ensures Motilal Oswals digital properties rank, load and convert at their best. Working closely with engineering, product and content teams, youll optimize site architecture, performance and structured data. Your fluency with Adobe toolsAdobe Analytics for insights and Adobe Experience Manager for content deliverywill help you bridge technical SEO with creative execution.

What Youll Do

• Audit and enhance site architecture, crawlability and indexation, collaborating with developers to implement server-side and front-end improvements
• Monitor core web vitals, page speed and mobile performance, using tools like Lighthouse and Adobe Analytics to identify and prioritize optimizations
• Configure and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang and canonical tags to support SEO across multiple languages and regions
• Leverage Adobe Experience Manager to deploy SEO-friendly templates and metadata at scale, ensuring content updates follow best practices
• Partner with content, design and product teams to embed technical SEO requirements into project sprints and release plans
• Analyze technical SEO performance and user behavior in Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console, turning data into clear action plans
• Implement schema markup and structured data for rich results across research reports, video libraries and platform features
• Train stakeholders on technical SEO principles and Adobe workflows, making optimization part of the standard process

Who You Can Be

• A technical SEO specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in complex web environments
• Proficient in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager, able to translate data insights into code or configuration changes
• Comfortable digging into server logs, code repositories and network diagnostics without losing sight of user experience
• A collaborative communicator who can align SEO goals with engineering roadmaps and creative briefs
• A data-driven problem-solver who validates improvements with clear metrics and iterative testing
