We are looking to hire Doctor Coordinator at Max Healthcare, Saket.
Job Objective:
No. of positions (2): Coordinator
Department : Max Institute of Liver & Gastrointestinal Sciences
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation
Experience: 1 to 4 years in doctor coordination or relevant healthcare experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of communication between the medical team and patients
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage any potential conflicts
- Create and update patients electronic health records
- Ensure proper custody, circulation, control, retention, and secure disposal of confidential information
- Arrange local and international travel and accommodation in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Handle the admission and discharge process
- Prepare minutes of meetings, proposals, presentations, including data analysis and MIS reporting
- Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background material and outgoing correspondence as needed
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in patient counselling
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of patient registration and billing
- Familiarity with OPD and IPD coordination
