Role Overview

As a Team Leader Sales, you will guide a team of 710 sales executives, help them convert leads into deals, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales executives to deliver monthly and quarterly targets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to improve performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Ensure proper follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
• Assist in negotiations and closure of high-value deals.
• Report daily/weekly performance to management.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in sales (real estate, insurance, or high-value products preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive team performance.
