Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments with accuracy and transparency.
• Handle gold loan documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Verify customer KYC documents and maintain proper records.
• Support branch operations related to gold loans and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of customer interaction and relationship management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pledged gold as per company guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Local candidates from Pindwara preferred.
• Experience in gold appraisal or gold loan operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
