Assist in the implementation of software applications including requirement gathering, documentation, project management, system setup, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
Work with project managers, consultants, Users and developers to understand client requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
Help perform data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Participate in client training sessions and provide user support during and after implementation.
Document preparation related to functional and technical specification and configuration changes, process flows, and project updates.
Assist in troubleshooting post-deployment issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Support end-users with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
Participate in system upgrades, data backups, and security testing.
Learn and apply internal IT procedures, standards, and documentation.
Support network and server monitoring activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering
Basic understanding of software development or implementation processes.
Basic Understanding of Computer Hardware
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client support (if required).
