Walk-in drive Telesales Coordinator

Date - 18th Aug to 19th Aug 2025

Time - 11am - 4pm

Role Objective:

We have launched a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) service where customers can book appointments via our app. There is a drop-off issue at the booking stage due to certain errors in the process. We aim to recover these leads by proactively reaching out to customers, resolving their queries, and completing the booking. You will contact customers who dropped off from the PDI booking process. Understand the reason for drop-off and assist in completing the booking. Improve overall conversion and customer experience. What will you drive ?

Call customers who dropped off from the PDI booking flow.
Understand and resolve their concerns or technical issues.
Guide them through the booking process.
Ensure maximum conversion from leads to successful bookings.
Maintain daily call logs and report conversion metrics.

What are we looking for?

Experience in tele sales / tele calling / customer service (preferred: automotive or service industry).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to handle objections and convert interest into confirmed bookings.
