Job Description

HR Recruiter & HR Intern

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Age Limit: Up to 29 years
Preferred Candidates: Female candidates only
Experience: 0-3 years
Qualification: Any Degree / MBA / BBA

Salary Compensation:

HR Recruiter: 18,000 25,000 (Take Home)

Freshers& HR Intern: 15,000/month (First 3 months)
| Up to 20,000/month from 4th month based on performance |

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions
Post jobs on relevant platforms and source profiles
Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain regular candidate follow-up until onboarding

Candidate Requirements :

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly adaptable and a proactive team player
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
