Detailed JOB Description:

Experience working with Azure DevOps JIRA or similar backlog management tools

Ability to create workflow diagrams process models and system documentation

Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in conducting requirement refinement sessions with development teams

Ability to review and validate development work against business needs

Prior experience in participating RFP responses

Preferred Skills

Knowledge in Airport Operations and Passenger processing

Experience in Border Control Immigration biometric authentication passport verification and eVisa systems

Experience in writing technical implementation documents
