Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline positions across designated locations/sites.
- Source candidates through field visits, local vendors, job fairs, referrals, community networks, and bulk hiring agencies.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments as per job requirements.
- Coordinate with site HR and operations teams for manpower planning and deployment.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates at site.
- Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports regularly.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation (ID proof, background checks, etc.) are in place before deployment.
- Build and manage a strong local sourcing network to fulfill urgent hiring needs.
Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job melas as per requirement
