We are looking for a sharp and proactive Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist with strong sourcing and end-to-end hiring experience across multiple verticals such as:

Sales, B2B, Support,
Operations, Customer Care
Bulk Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Source 15+ quality profiles daily & ensure 20+ closures monthly
Maintain TAT, quality, and communication
Own the full recruitment cycle
Maintain Excel-based MIS and reports

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, IIMJobs, Hirist, X-ray Search.
Strong in Excel and reporting
Proactive, articulate, and result-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
