Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition @ Wipro

Location: India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune,Gurugram, Chennai.)

• Partner with Salesforce practice leaders to forecast hiring needs and build strategic recruitment plans
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce roles: Developers, Admins, Consultants, Architects
• Source candidates using advanced techniques across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess cultural and technical fit
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top Salesforce talent
• Manage recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with Wipros hiring policies
• Mentor junior recruiters and support high-volume hiring drives when needed

• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and role-specific requirements
• Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Synergy), Excel, and recruitment analytics
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines
• Familiarity with diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7-11 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce or CRM technologies
• Certifications in HR or recruitment tools are a plus
