Job Description
- As a Regional Operations Manager based in Kolkata, you will be required to leverage your 10 years of experience in implementing Corporate CSR projects to manage programs impacting 3,000+ beneficiaries annually. Your role will involve overseeing deep tech projects in the assigned region, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Your responsibilities will include holding overall accountability for project delivery, defining project scopes and objectives, and tracking key performance indicators such as Attendance, Faculty Utilization, Dropouts, and Placement. Additionally, you will lead and inspire a diverse team, proactively identify and resolve issues, manage budgets effectively, and develop strategies to scale programs in alignment with organizational goals. Your desired profile should include a Post Graduate degree in any discipline, with a Technical Background being an added advantage. You should possess at least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Operations, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in delivering technology programs and tech education academy. A result-oriented approach will be essential for success in this role. In terms of team management, you will be responsible for mentoring teams, ensuring program objectives are met, and coordinating with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training. Stakeholder communication will be a key aspect of your role, as you will act as the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Academic Excellence team, collaborate with other departments to align program operations with organizational goals, and identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions, NGOs, corporates, and the community. Risk management will also be crucial, as you will be expected to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to monitor and control project risks for overall project success. Overall, as a Regional Operations Manager in Kolkata, you will play a vital role in driving the success and impact of deep tech projects, leading teams, managing budgets, and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.,
