Job Description

    The Technical Account Representative (TAM) position at Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is a key role in maximizing Oracle investments for organizations. As a Senior Principal TAM, you will be responsible for delivering Oracle Support services to strategic customers, leveraging your extensive technical expertise in Oracle products such as Oracle Database, Fusion Applications, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Your customer-facing skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage Oracle Support relationships with designated large accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction - Establish and maintain professional relationships with key customer contacts, identifying new opportunities - Coordinate the delivery of Support Services to meet customer goals, drive contract renewal, and identify growth areas - Lead complex Account Planning and Reviews, tracking project status, risk identification, and mitigation - Execute Project and Contract Management, including cost, resources, scheduling, scope, and risk management - Provide leadership in new product/service/process development, operating at the forefront of technology - Contribute to regional and global strategy execution within the organization Qualifications & Skills: Mandatory: - Proficiency in Oracle Database - Knowledge and experience in Exadata, ExaCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Strong customer-facing skills - Ability to multitask, maintain composure in high-stress situations, and adapt priorities - Team player with willingness to learn new technologies and problem-solving skills - Strong organization, detail-oriented, and communication skills - University degree with technical or management qualifications or relevant experience Good-to-Have: - Experience in Oracle Applications like Fusion Applications, EBS, PSFT, etc. - Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications - ITIL Foundation Certification, PMP, or Azure Cloud Certification - OCI Certified As an Oracle CSS team member, you will be part of a global leader in cloud solutions that values integrity and innovation.
