Job Description

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of a team of Lead Generation specialists focused on identifying potential clients using various Sales Platforms.
  • Take ownership of converting leads generated by the team into successful sales, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
  • Craft compelling proposals and bids tailored to client needs and expectations.
  • Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lead generation specialists, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide regular reports to management detailing sales progress, team performance, and market insights.
  • Ensure transparent communication across all levels of the team and with clients.

    Requirements

    • Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing sales or lead generation teams.
    • Extensive experience in leading and managing lead generation efforts via Online Platforms.
    • Proven track record of successful business development, preferably in web, game and mobile app development.
    • Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies and industry.
    • Ability to discuss technical concepts and propose solutions to non-technical clients.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
    • Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
    • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
