Position: Associate Recruiter (US Division)
Sector: Staffing
Divisions: IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Pharma, Healthcare
CTC: 2.60 LPA Fixed (17K with PF or 21K without PF) + 40K Bonus (1-time post 1 year)

Shift:

• Winter: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST
• Summer (DST): 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
  Work Mode: Permanent Work from Home
  Training: 3 weeks unpaid training (4 hours/night)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Understand client needs and map suitable candidates accordingly.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
• Stay informed on US staffing trends and industry practices.
