Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Consultation
• Display jewellery in an attractive and professional manner.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
• Ensure proper security, handling, and display of jewellery.
• Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to grooming standards, store protocols, and security measures.
• Work in coordination with other sales staff, cashiers, and store managers.
