Key Responsibilities:
3D Modelling and 2D Drawings:
Creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings of components, assemblies, and products using SolidWorks.
Technical Drawings:
Developing accurate and detailed engineering drawings from 3D models, including dimensions, tolerances, and other specifications.
Technical Drawing and GD&T:
Ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Documentation:
Creating and maintaining design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
Design Analysis and Optimization:
Conducting design analysis and evaluation to identify potential issues, optimize designs for functionality and manufacturability, and improve overall performance.
