Node Js Developer @ Programming.Com

Job Description

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
  
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  
• Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  
• Build scalable and high-performing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
  
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
  
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  
• Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks.
  
• Proficient in working with NoSQL and SQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc. (optional but preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).
  
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
