- Overall 5 Yeears Experience Associates should have Salesforce Aura with LWC and Integrations experience is mandatory Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Platform Lead Developer to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture, along with extensive experience in developing custom solutions to meet business requirements
- As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance to the development team
- Custom Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements
- Platform Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
- Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes to ensure high-quality solutions and maintainable codebase
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful Salesforce projects
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and release notes
- Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior developers and team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer certifications (eg, Salesforce Platform Developer I and II) required
- Minimum 6 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer with a focus on custom development and integrations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components(LWC) SOQL, SOSL, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud ,etc
- Experience with Salesforce configuration including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control systems (eg, Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers and drive successful project delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified System Architect certification
- Experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks (eg, React, Angular) is a plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (eg, Jira) for project management
