Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews and MS Teams
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media,
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
Requirements
