Job Description

Flipkart is looking for People Operations Partner to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Act as a strategic advisor and hands - on executor for employee lifecycle operations in assigned business units. Partner with business leaders to deliver high - quality people processes including onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee movements. Ensure accurate and timely handling of HR systems, data entry, and process audits. Drive consistent application of company policies and labor regulations, resolving employee queries and conflicts as required. Work closely with cross - functional teams including Payroll, IT, and Admin to create a seamless employee experience. Support organizational changes and internal mobility efforts through proactive coordination and documentation. Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience.
