  • Extensive Experience of 7+ years in Managing Application Maintenance & Support projects.

  • Excellent People Management and able to handle big team and possess transition experience

  • Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.

  • Excellent client facing skills

  • Establishes and communicates the process, service levels, and key performance indicators.

  • Accountable for SLA achievement

  • Ensures that the Support process is defined, documented, maintained, and communicated at all levels within the organisation and to vendors

  • Well versed with ITIL Framework

  • Reviews effectiveness and efficiency of Incident Management process.

  • Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes management techniques within the organization.

  • Prepare impact analysis and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness

  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation plan with Problem management

  • Creates and executes action plans when necessary to ensure continuous improvement

  • Creates, reviews and updates knowledge base

  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing project information

  • Participates in UAT / Project Activities / Major transitions, to support new releases.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, collaboration, negotiation, and cross-cultural support skills



Skills:



  • Excellent Communication and Client facing skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict-resolution skills


Good to have understanding of RPA



  • Good to have ITIL certification

  • Excellent presentation skills
