Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Must have Sound knowledge in PLC programming
  
• Allen-Bradley ControlLogix & CompactLogix PLC
• Knowledge in PID loop tuning
  
• Through understanding of industrial networks, OPC-UA/DA, MQTT
  
• Knowledge in Aspen Historian and MES is desired
  
• SCADA and OPC knowledge
  
• IT & OT Systems
  
• Industrial communication like Modbus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, and EtherNet
  
• Interlocking with other safety devices
  
• Understanding on interfaces with enterprise apps like LIMS, ERP
  

Domain Skills:

• Understanding of chemical engineering, batching, and formulation
• Knowledge in chemical pilot plants and small-scale reactors is desired
• Instrumentation knowledge like transducers, measurement, field wiring
