Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in HR with 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends as per business needs.
Joining Period: Immediate to 15 days.
