This role involves providing leadership in driving quality & customer satisfaction across the services and support departments. This involves
Developing/enhancing & maintaining a quality management system in line with internal standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and CMMI ver 3.0 framework.
Developing quality related training material and conducting trainings to all employees
Ensure implementation of processes including high maturity practices and independently audit projects & functions and drive continual improvement.
Co-ordinate external audits including customer audits for successful certifications.
Conduct periodic delivery reviews, sr. management reviews and regularly report to sr. management & board.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
This role requires excellent understanding of standards such as ISO9001, ISO 13485 and CMMI ver 3.0 and at least 15-20 years of experience in identifying quality improvements, establishing quality roadmaps and driving improvements.
Qualification, Experience & Certifications
BE in Electronics or IT/Comp Science or MCA. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA or Equivalent.
Overall 15-20 years of experience with minimum 10 years of experience in IT services or product organisations with at least 2-4 years in leadership role.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience development and or testing of IT applications / products
At least 1 successful completion of CMMI L5 appraisal
Experience in organisation change management and use of statistical tools / methods
Basic understanding of Embedded Systems, Web / Mobile applications, Micro-soft / java Technologies & software lifecycle
Basic understanding of software engineering tools & Expertise in change/people management
Mandatory Certifications
CMMI ver 2.0 or 3.0 Associate certificate
ISO 9001:2015 Implementor / Lead auditor
Six Sigma Black Belt / Any other statistics course (Statistical Modeling)
Project management (PMP) and or AGILE (SAFe)
ISO 27001:2022
