We are hiring for Customer Service Profile for a Chat/Voice Process.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for resolving queries of customers within stipulated time frame.
Resolving customer complaints.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Eligibility

Excellent communication skills is required.
Undergraduate & Graduate both can apply.
Fresher & experienced candidates can apply.
Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
Immediate joiners are required.
