Business Unit- Slike is TILs in-house audio-video platform to meet enterprise needs, which provides live broadcast, on-demand video & podcast solutions. We created this leading Video Platform-as-a-Service, enabling different Times group businesses to create any video solution and workflow, whether standalone or tightly coupled.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to execute, and oversee projects across multiple TIL businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, and within scope while managing risks and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities ::
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Facilitate meetings, demo and product updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Resource Coordination:
- Allocate and manage team resources effectively to optimize project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
4. Quality Assurance and Reporting:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including status updates and performance metrics, for stakeholders.
Minimum Required Skill
2+ years of work experience in a Project Managers role
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelors / Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
