Job Description
Provides focused attention on back-office systems projects to enable scalability, reliability and manageability of all corporate computing environments. Performs routine back-office systems administration tasks as needed. Identifies opportunities for systems or process improvements. Troubleshoots systems issues and drives initiatives to ensure future avoidance. Researches and recommends new technologies to support varying business needs. Delivers technical expertise and proficiency across a broad spectrum of technologies and can solve technical problems of varying complexity. Can effectively communicate topics of a technical nature to a diverse audience. Documents system issues and solutions, best practices, and system architecture. Is self-aware.
a.Key Required Skills - Hands-on Experience Configuring & Managing:
i.Windows server 2016, 2019, 2022
ii.Email administration, i.e. Google g-suite or Office 365
iii.Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RADIUS
iv.Identify Management (Ping, SSO), EntraID
v.PKI Certificate management
vi.Multi-Factor solutions, i.e. DUO, RSA
vii.Virtualization, VMware and/or HyperV
viii.Cloud compute Azure/AWS/GCP
ix.Backup technologies, i.e. Veeam, Backup Exec, Rubrik
x.SOX controls and PCI audits
xi.Scripting, i.e. PowerShell, VBScript
xii.Internal business partners with their applications, including ERPs, BI systems etc
b.Desirable: Experience Administrating
i.Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Cloud Computing Services
ii.Google Cloud Platform
iii.Linux server administration - basic level
iv.ServiceNow ITSM
v.Kace Software Deployment
vi.JAMF MDM
vii.Intune/AutoPilot
viii.Server EndPoint Protection, CrowdStrike
ix.VDI management and administration
c.Qualifications and Experience
i.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
ii.Certified in at least one core technology (i.e. Microsoft, VMware).
iii.Bachelors degree
