Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)
Location: Hadapsar Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Handle employee queries and channel them to appropriate HR personnel.
Support in performance management and training coordination tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in HR practices and employee management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
