Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Manager with strong leadership and sales expertise to manage a high-performing inside sales team at our Navi Mumbai (MBP) office. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience in sales, especially in financial, legal, or SaaS services, and a strong track record of sales team management and revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of 815 inside sales executives
  • Take ownership of revenue generation and monthly sales targets
  • Drive daily performance to meet sales KPIs and revenue goals
  • Develop strategies to convert inbound leads into paying clients
  • Promote services such as company registration, GST filings, tax compliance, etc.
  • Monitor performance metrics, call quality, and lead conversion rates
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery
  • Train, onboard, and mentor junior sales staff
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Foster a high-performance culture and drive motivation within the team

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
  • 510 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / B2B service sales
  • Proven experience in sales team handling and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of SME customer needs, financial & legal services
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead from the front
