Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Network Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of wireless and mobile network solutions across global telecom engagements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RAN, Core, OSS, and Enterprise Networks, with a strong focus on automation, optimization, and large-scale delivery. In essence, as an experienced Network Solution Architect, the individual shall bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by designing and implementing robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end wireless and mobile network solutions including 2G/3G/4G/5G (NSA/SA) technologies
- Lead network transformation initiatives across RAN, Core, OSS, and Enterprise domains
- Designing and Planning: Developing network solutions that align with business requirements, including LAN, WAN, and cloud environments. Design and validate network configurations including logical topology, power, tilt, and performance parameters.
- Technology Selection: Choosing the right hardware, software, and protocols for network infrastructure.
- Implementation: Overseeing the deployment of network solutions, ensuring they are implemented correctly and efficiently
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Drive network performance management, anomaly detection, and KPI optimization.
- Security Management: Implementing and maintaining network security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
- Interface with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable network architectures.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to respond to RFIs, bids, and solution demos
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to capability building.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, etc.), security protocols, and network management tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term network strategies and align them with business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 815 years of experience in Telecom Network Architecture, with emphasis on Wireless and Mobile domains.
- Proven experience with vendors such as Ericsson (E///), Huawei, Nokia, and Samsung.
- Strong understanding of RAN planning and optimization, network automation, and OSS/BSS integration.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Atoll, MapInfo, and performance management platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
