Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Health coordinator to manage and grow our business in the Ahmedabad territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in doctor, clinic, and hospital visits, strong experience in team handling and training, and excellent communication skills in English. You will play a key role in driving sales, mentoring field staff, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire Ahmedabad territory and ensure consistent sales performance.
- Visit doctors offices, clinics, and hospitals to promote and demonstrate products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of junior medical representatives.
- Track team performance and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional events.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and feedback from the field.
- Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and effectively communicated to the team.
- Maintain professional image and be a presentable and articulate spokesperson for the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field).
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven experience in handling a team and training them effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Ahmedabad medical market and territory.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Must be presentable, confident, and persuasive in approach.
- Willingness to travel within the region as per business needs.
