Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) @ Web Synergies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect SRE components for both new and existing applications and services
• Define, implement, and monitor SLA/KPI metrics to ensure 100% adherence
• Proactively measure and monitor service availability, latency, and system health
• Respond quickly to issues and mobilise responsible teams to resolve them efficiently
• Automate system scaling and make infrastructure improvements to enhance reliability
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), publish reports, and create Runbooks
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery in an Agile setting

• 8-10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related fields
• Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Go, or Ruby
• Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools like Kibana, Datadog, and Dynatrace
• Ability to automate routine tasks and enhance internal processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
