Job Description
Position: Sales Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and develop our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved, operational standards are upheld, and customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions with the support of the General Manager, ensuring updates are reflected on the training platform.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing team concerns, reducing attrition, and recommending high performers for recognition.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Incentives will be applicable only when team performance aligns with management expectations and training initiatives are consistently implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 38 years of proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, ticketing platforms, and sales operations.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable strategies.
