Junior Accounts Executive @ Harness

Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial reports & various related statements.
• Assist in the formulation of the department s budget in compliance with applicable budget policy & guidelines.
• Supervise the departmental accounting function & coordinate the completion of periodic financial statements & record keeping.
• Advice department heads & managers on the use of & source of funds & Highlight the lost profit limit.
• Purchases commodities, services & capital items, spot checks shipments for quality & quantity.
• Maintain records of contracts, makes estimates of work & material costs.
• Assist in formulation of work measures to maximize efficiency & cost savings.
• Ensures that records for internal & external audits are prepared.
• Manage & control stock for all assets.
• Control the liabilities in company.
• Educate the Top and the Middle management in financially.
• Precede the company accounts without any confusion.
• Maintain the salary procedure.
• Maintain all the Book Keeping Procedures Preparation of monthly Budget & the Annual Budget.
• Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
• Fund flow analysis.
