Digital Adoption Specialist @ Chetu

Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to lead initiatives that drive user adoption of enterprise digital tools, platforms, and applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital adoption strategies that enhance user experience, improve productivity, and ensure successful technology rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive user engagement and adoption of enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.).
• Develop and manage digital adoption plans and strategies.
• Utilize Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) like WalkMe, Whatfix, or Pendo to create in-app guides and training content.
• Collect and analyze user behavior data to optimize digital journeys.
• Coordinate with training, product, and support teams to develop user-centric solutions.
• Create and deliver digital learning materials such as videos, quick reference guides, and walkthroughs.
• Monitor adoption metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and change management principles.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and user feedback interpretation.
