What youll build:
Engage with strategic cloud customers / partners in the market space and provide support to the delivery ecosystem of SAP and our partners with technical and implementation expertise, knowledge enablement, implementation coaching, guidance and feedback.
Manage a partner / customer dialogue, to ensure a swift move towards resolution of issues, using attributes such as customer empathy & customer-oriented mindset
Accompany cloud customers and partners with their implementation projects from launch until go-live to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP cloud products and services.
Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders in your region and globally: Strategic Customers, Partners, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Services, Engagement Executives, Customer Officers and Sales.
Proactively anticipate the needs and requirements of customers and partners and recommend improvements to our internal stakeholders regarding the product for future releases.
Explore new and upcoming SAP cloud solutions and scenarios, anticipating any need for engagement and support in upcoming implementation projects.
What you bring-
Experience in SuccessFactors Time Tracking, payroll or any other module of SAP SuccessFactors is must.
Experienced in one or more areas of consulting, product management & development.
Should have a good understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, and applications.
Experience in customer / partner / stakeholder management is desirable.
Experience developing solutions with SAP Business Technology Platform, ideally in combination with SAP SuccessFactors or across multiple practice areas (Data and Analytics, App Dev and Automation, Integration, Artificial Intelligence / Intelligent Technologies).
Knowledge of SAP IES scenario Recruit-to-Retire.
Knowledge of integration, middleware concepts and technologies like Cloud Integration, SAP Build, API Management, Business Process Flow, Mapping, etc. is desirable.
Knowledge of SAP Business AI functionality in SAP products is desirable.
Good communication and analytical skills.
