Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of Gold Loan products through effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and target achievement.
Conduct gold appraisals at customer locations to determine loan amounts based on market rates.
Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely disbursements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational queries related to gold loans operations.
Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities such as prospecting for potential clients.Role & responsibilities
