Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and treatment history.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
